Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Performance & Enablement to lead a team of Sales Performance Coaches and translate business priorities into coaching strategies that improve seller effectiveness across multiple regions.

You will work closely with senior Sales leaders to diagnose performance challenges, design scalable development programs, and influence how the sales organization adopts AI-enabled tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS, sales performance, enablement, coaching, or leadership.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading teams responsible for sales performance or enablement.
• 3+ years of experience leading sales coaching or field enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Performance Coaches.
• Diagnose performance gaps and develop targeted coaching strategies.
• Drive scalable coaching programs across onboarding and ongoing development.
