UKG is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Performance & Enablement to lead a team of Sales Performance Coaches across regions. You will translate business priorities into coaching strategies, scale development programs, and drive measurable improvements in sales readiness and productivity.

You'll partner with senior sales leaders to diagnose performance gaps, develop targeted interventions, and reinforce adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve day-to-day execution and seller outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS, HCM or related sales environment.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 3+ years leading sales coaching or enablement initiatives.

• Define and execute the Sales Performance Coaching team's strategy and priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of Sales Performance Coaches for sales effectiveness.
• Provide coaching frameworks and reinforcement practices to frontline managers.
• Drive adoption of UKG Way GTM Methodology and selling tools.
