Job summary

You will partner with senior Sales leaders to diagnose gaps, develop targeted strategies, and improve seller effectiveness across segments and regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS or related sales enablement roles.
• 3+ years of people management leading sales performance teams.
• Experience guiding coaching programs to improve seller effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Sales Performance Coaching team's strategy, priorities, and objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Performance Coaches for regional coverage.
• Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement aligned with Sales leadership.
• Drive adoption of the UKG Way GTM Methodology across segments and regions.
• Lead coaching support for strategic opportunities and high-priority initiatives.
