Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Performance & Enablement to lead a team of Sales Performance Coaches, turning strategy into coaching programs across regions. You will diagnose performance gaps, design scalable development initiatives, and drive measurable improvements in seller effectiveness and field execution.

This senior role partners with GVPs and frontline leaders, shaping onboarding, ongoing development, and reinforcement of the UKG Way GTM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS, HR/payroll, or related sales enablement.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading a team of sales performance coaches.
• 3+ years leading sales coaching or field enablement initiatives to improve seller effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Performance Coaches to improve seller effectiveness.
• Partner with senior sales leaders to diagnose performance gaps and implement scalable coaching programs.
• Drive adoption of the UKG Way GTM Methodology and AI-enabled sales tools across regions.
• Define success metrics and report impact to stakeholders.
