Job summary

Accenture PLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to drive complex software sales cycles with compelling product demonstrations and requirements analysis. You will work across client engagements, partner-supported opportunities, and industry events to accelerate pipeline conversion.

Responsibilities include end-to-end pre-sales, workshops, and coordinating with product, legal and delivery teams to produce responses and proofs-of-concept.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support.
Experience delivering demos, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities: discovery, demos, RFP responses, and scoping.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations to mid-level and senior stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to identify requirements and shape the solution approach.
Prepare written responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate with product/legal/delivery.
Support proof-of-concept engagements and feed learnings into playbooks.
Collaborate with channel/tech partners on pre-sales and events.
Document leads, follow-up actions, and maintain pipelines for reporting.
Create and maintain reusable pre-sales assets and ROI templates.
