Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of pre‑sales, solution consulting or technical sales support experience in enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years total if no degree).
• Professional skills: ability to present technical solutions to mid-level and C-suite stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales support and solution delivery across opportunities: discovery, demos, RFP responses, scoping and proposals.
• Partner and event support: product demos and guidance for channel partners; engage at industry events and follow up with leads.
• Asset development and enablement: create demo scripts, solution blueprints, ROI templates; stay updated on product changes.
• Collaboration and reporting: coordinate with sales lead and Pre‑Sales; maintain records and participate in win/loss reviews.
