Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Pre-Sales to lead and deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to requirements, and accelerate pipeline conversion across direct client engagements, partners, and events.

You will own end-to-end pre-sales activities: discovery, demos, RFP responses, solution scoping, and ROI-focused proposals, while developing reusable assets and enabling the broader sales team to win higher-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support experience in enterprise software.
• Minimum 8+ years of enterprise software delivery models (SaaS, license, managed services) and integration approaches.
• Minimum 12 months of demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales for AI-native software products — solutions built on LLMs, agentic workflows or ML platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities: discovery, demos, RFP responses, solution scoping and proposal preparation.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to mid-level and senior client stakeholders, translating features into business value.
• Facilitate client workshops to identify requirements, validate fit and shape the solution approach.
• Prepare written responses to RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires in coordination with product, legal and delivery teams.
