Qualifications

8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
Expert-level command of data management, visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and relational databases (SQL).
Problem solving applied to ambiguous, high-level business challenges.
Strategic communication of complex analytical models to executive stakeholders.
Ability to influence resources and manage executive stakeholder relationships.
Bias for action and intellectual curiosity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design and pilot AI-driven assessments to measure seller skills and behaviors.
Architect a unified global measurement strategy with North Star KPIs.
Lead initiative to scale measurement of seller readiness through agentic assessments.
Own strategic initiatives across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
Lead a cross-functional measurement community of practice across enablement, sales strategy and technology teams.
Translate analytical insights into clear narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
