• Demonstrated stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-led measurement initiatives to validate seller skills and behaviors.
• Architect a unified global measurement framework and define North Star KPIs.
• Lead seller readiness initiatives through agentic assessments and data modeling.
• Own strategic initiatives across Global Field Readiness Organization, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
• Build a cross-functional measurement community across enablement, sales strategy, and tech teams.
• Translate complex data analyses into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
