Responsibilities

• Design AI-led measurement by piloting AI-driven assessments and agentic interactions to validate seller skills
• Architect and implement a unified global measurement strategy with North Star KPIs
• Lead initiative to scale measurement of seller readiness through agentic assessments of skills, behaviors and knowledge
• Own strategic initiatives across Global Field Readiness Organization, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization
• Lead cross-functional measurement community across enablement, sales strategy and technology teams
• Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
