Qualifications
- 8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
- Expert-level command of data management, visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and relational databases (SQL).
- Strategic communication: translate analytics into executive-level narratives.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-led measurement initiatives to pilot agentic assessments and seller skills.
- Architect a global measurement framework with North Star KPIs.
- Lead seller-readiness initiatives through agentic assessments of skills and knowledge.
- Own cross-functional initiatives with Global Field Readiness Organization, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
- Build a cross-functional measurement community across enablement, sales, and technology teams to align roadmaps.
- Translate complex data insights into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
