Qualifications

• 8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
• Expert-level data visualization using Tableau/Power BI and relational databases (SQL).
• Strong ability to translate complex analytical models into executive-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and intelligence roadmap across enablement, with cross-functional collaboration across data engineering and development teams.
• Define North Star KPIs and success metrics to track program effectiveness and organizational impact.
• Lead initiative to scale and improve measurement of seller readiness through agentic assessments of skills, behaviours and knowledge.
• Drive cross-functional influence across the Global Field Readiness Organization, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization.
