Qualifications

• 8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
• Expert-level data visualization and relational databases knowledge (Tableau/Power BI and SQL).
• Strong ability to translate complex analytics into executive-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven measurement initiatives and define the Measurement of the Future framework.
• Architect a unified global measurement strategy and North Star KPIs.
• Drive seller readiness measurement through agentic assessments and advanced data modeling.
• Collaborate across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization to align initiatives.
