Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager in Performance and Analytics to set the strategic direction for data-driven enablement across our global teams. You will own the performance and intelligence roadmap and partner with data engineering to deliver scalable insights.

You’ll translate complex analytics into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and advance measurement of seller readiness through innovative data modeling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business or tech consulting, performance analytics or BI.
• Expert-level data management, visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in ambiguous business contexts.
• Proven strategic communication translating analytics for execs.
• Ability to influence resources and manage executive relationships.
• Curiosity and bias for action in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI-led measurement initiatives to assess seller skills and behaviors.
• Architect a unified global measurement framework with North Star KPIs.
• Lead seller readiness measurement via agentic assessments and data models.
• Own strategic initiatives across Global Field Readiness, Sales Strategy and Sales org.
• Lead cross-functional measurement community across enablement, strategy and tech teams.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
