Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own end-to-end strategy, operating model, and enterprise pipeline across the US and strategic accounts. You will lead a high-performing BDR team, align priorities with revenue goals, and scale talent development with AI-enabled tools.

You will partner with Sales & Marketing on ABM programs, analyze pipeline data, and drive improvements in conversion, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in SaaS or cloud Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or related revenue functions.
• Proven track record building and executing pipeline generation strategies that support enterprise revenue growth.
• Strong proficiency with CRM, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.

• Own the end-to-end Business Development strategy across territories and align with regional revenue objectives.
• Lead a high-performing regional BDR organization with clear performance expectations and career pathways.
