Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, build executive relationships, and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles that drive new business and expansion.

You will partner with technical experts and cross-functional teams to craft compelling business cases around Genesys Cloud, AI, and customer experience, while traveling up to 50% to engage with customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets
• Experience closing seven-figure enterprise opportunities
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales strategy for a portfolio of large enterprise prospects and existing customers
• Develop relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Build and grow a qualified pipeline across existing accounts and new logos
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close
• Collaborate with technical experts and internal teams to develop business cases and solutions
• Drive account and territory planning, forecasting, and prioritization of growth opportunities
• Translate customer challenges into business/technology strategies to show value of Genesys Cloud and AI
• Expand strategic relationships to increase platform adoption
