Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own end-to-end pipeline strategy across the US Enterprise, Canada and strategic accounts. You will lead a high-performing BDR team, drive ABM programs, and partner with sales, marketing and Revenue Ops to accelerate enterprise growth.

You will leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve funnel quality, conversion, and engagement, while building scalable talent development, enablement, and succession plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS or cloud business development or related roles.
• 4+ years of progressive people leadership in BDR/SDR teams.
• Proven track record of building enterprise pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience with account-based selling and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BD strategy across US Enterprise, Canada and Strategic Accounts.
• Lead a high-performing regional BDR org with accountability and growth.
• Develop scalable talent development and enablement programs.
• Build scalable pipeline programs with data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops on ABM and priorities.
• Oversee pipeline forecasting and performance metrics.
• Advise on regional GTM strategy and market expansion.
