Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own the end-to-end strategy for generating enterprise pipeline across US Enterprise, Canada, and Strategic Accounts. You will lead a high-performing BD organization, leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to advance pipeline sophistication, while building scalable talent development and enablement practices.

Qualifications

10+ years in SaaS or cloud Business Development or related revenue roles.
4+ years of progressive people leadership, including BDR/SDR management.
Proven track record building and executing pipeline for enterprise revenue growth.
Experience leading regional or distributed teams and scalable operating rhythms.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau or comparable tools.
Ability to translate pipeline, conversion, and engagement data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end BD strategy across territories and align with regional revenue goals.
Drive predictable pipeline creation and improve funnel performance.
Partner with Sales and Marketing on ABM programs and target accounts.
Analyze pipeline data and campaign performance to identify opportunities.
Lead and develop a high-performing regional BDR organization with clear progression paths.
Establish scalable enablement for onboarding, coaching, and certification.
