This Senior Manager role requires 10–12 years in Adobe cross‑platform delivery, strong leadership, and a track record of closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities. Hybrid client‑facing, with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 10–12 years selling and delivering Adobe cross‑platform implementations.
• Expertise in at least 2–3 Adobe specialties listed above.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and CX modernization.
• Experience delivering complex programs across tech, telecom, media, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program management, budgets, and objectives achievement.
• Develop resource plans and engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating and closing opportunities.
• Architect Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
• Design scalable cross‑platform integrations using APIs and automation.
• Ensure delivery excellence from estimation to value realization.
• Advise executives on AI‑powered transformation and future marketing capabilities.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagements.
