EY invites applications for an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead Senior Manager who blends Adobe expertise with strong business development and delivery leadership. You will shape client strategies, drive Adobe-related opportunities, and oversee program delivery across cross‑functional teams.

In this role, you will manage timelines, costs, and quality, guide architecture for Adobe solutions, and lead teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Expertise in at least 2–3 of the following specialties: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leader with experience building teams, mentoring talent, and driving delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities as executive lead.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
• Lead complex implementations with cross‑platform integrations leveraging APIs and automation.
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment and value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
• Willing to travel up to 80% to support client engagements and team leadership.
