EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead/Senior Manager to originate, grow, and deliver Adobe transformation programs. You will shape client strategies, oversee implementation, and manage both business development and program delivery across marketing and customer experience capabilities.

In this role, travel up to 80% is expected, and you will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate budgets, and ensure on‑time, on-scope deliverables while advancing EY's digital agenda.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years selling and delivering Adobe cross‑platform implementations.
• Proven success in marketing transformation and customer experience modernization.
• Experience leading complex technology programs across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program and project management with objective achievement.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements and manage economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue by originating and closing opportunities; serve as executive lead.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable cross‑platform integrations using APIs and automation.
• Ensure delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, and value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
