Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager – Adobe Delivery Lead to guide marketing transformation programs across Adobe platforms. You will lead end‑to‑end implementations, architect cross‑platform integrations, and drive innovative AI capabilities for clients.

This role requires deep Adobe expertise, strategic sales acumen, and strong leadership across multi‑disciplinary teams. Applicants should have 10–12+ years in Adobe cross‑platform delivery, with a track record in pursuing and winning complex engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year); Master’s degree preferred.
Typically 10–12+ years in selling and delivering Adobe cross‑platform implementations.
Expertise in at least 2–3 of: AJO, AEM, GenStudio, Workfront, RT CDP.
Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C marketing practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle from shaping pursuits to delivering outcomes.
Manage pipeline, lead strategic pursuits, and position differentiated AI‑driven solutions.
Define, design, and implement scalable Adobe solutions for marketing needs.
Design integrations between Adobe platform and other systems.
Use APIs/automation to streamline processes and improve UX.
Establish standards for Adobe configuration and implementation.
Develop estimating framework for cross‑platform Adobe projects.
Provide thought leadership on AI capabilities in implementations.
Build client relationships and identify value opportunities.
Lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
