Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Majors Account Executive, Key Customers to grow existing business across the West region with a consultative sales approach. You will identify opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and close deals while guiding customers from trial to long-term success.

You'll articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, manage the sales process end-to-end, and forecast accurately in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Top 10% performer in highly competitive environments.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player.
• Adaptable in high-velocity tech companies.
• Excellent communicator across in-person and remote channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within defined major accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans and executive-level relationships.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewal.
• Articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Maintain Salesforce-based forecast and opportunity data.
