Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Majors Account Executive, Key Customers to grow existing business across the West region. This remote role focuses on prospecting, managing forecasts, and guiding customers from trial to strong handoff to Customer Success.

You will engage with 3–5 top accounts, build executive relationships, and articulate value for Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise while managing a robust Salesforce pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance in a competitive environment.
• Adaptability with experience in fast-moving tech companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand Grafana usage within top existing accounts across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within current customers.
• Create and execute strategic plans for defined account sets.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to negotiations and account management.
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
