Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Majors Account Executive, Key Customers to expand existing business across the West region. You will cultivate executive relationships, lead strategic plans, and drive sales from prospecting through closure for Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

The role emphasizes consultative selling in a remote-first environment with a strong emphasis on outcomes, forecasts, and customer success handoff to the CS team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure technology sales experience.
• Top 10% performer in a highly competitive environment.
• Excellent communicator across channels (in person, online, in writing).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand Grafana usage within top accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships in current customers.
• Create and execute strategic plans for defined account sets.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage the full sales process: prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation and day-to-day customer requests.
