Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business in the West region remotely. You will identify and close opportunities, manage forecasts, and build strong customer relationships while articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Ideal candidates have a technical background with a proven track record in selling technical products, plus experience with Salesforce and MEDD/PICC processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure tech sales.
• Top 10% performer in a competitive environment.
• Experience in high-velocity technology companies.
• Familiarity with open source technology is a plus.
• Excellent multi-channel communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (meetings, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations).
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Maintain your sales pipeline in Salesforce and handle quotes.
