Grafana Labs is seeking a SeniorCommercial Account Executive to drive new business across the West US. Prospect, nurture, and close opportunities with new and existing clients while coordinating with Customer Success on transitions.

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, understanding customer needs before presenting Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise. Ideal candidates have a technical background and prior tech product sales experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
• Excellent communication across in-person, online, and written channels.
• Adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations).
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Oversee quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
