Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shifts and maintain critical building systems at a client facility in Augusta, GA. You will troubleshoot automated conveyors, MHE, relays, PLCs, and electrical components, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and uptime in a highly automated environment.

The role requires 4+ years of experience with automated systems, strong PLC and CMMS skills, and a commitment to quality and reliability in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• Assoc. or higher degree in mechanical/electrical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Lead and mentor technicians; develop maintenance work plans.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to uphold safety and performance.
