Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and provide automation engineer support.

Focus will be on preventive maintenance for conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, SCADA devices, and MHE to maximize reliability and performance, while ensuring safety and effective CMMS workflow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and NEC.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistics equipment to track OEE/Up Time.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Create and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
