Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will lead a shift, guide fellow technicians, and provide expert-level support for MHE systems.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and safe, compliant operations, with opportunities to mentor staff and improve CMMS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training for Maintenance Technicians.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
