Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technician III to lead a shift, support MHE systems, and optimize preventive maintenance for a large client facility.

You will oversee repair, installation, and continuous improvement of conveyors, sortation systems, and related equipment, while mentoring technicians and coordinating CMMS work orders to improve reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety norms.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and NEC or industrial electronics.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics and with PLC programs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and technician training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and maintenance teams; ensure safety.
