Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and ensure equipment reliability in a highly automated facility.

You will mentor technicians, partner with automation teams, and uphold safety and quality standards while building strong relationships with the client and operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Mentor technicians and develop training plans.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster safe, collaborative relationships with client and team.
