Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to support the operation of a client facility. You will lead a shift, guide fellow technicians, and ensure reliable performance of conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, and related MHE equipment.

You will optimize preventive maintenance and address technical problems related to MHE systems, reporting to the operations team and ensuring safety protocols are followed on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in facilities.
• Strong knowledge of materials handling equipment and conveyor systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor technicians on maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and service relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components and sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
