Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and ensure reliability of critical building equipment in a high-volume facility.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with automation teams, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and CMMS workflows.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 4+ years experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of MHE safety standards per OEM and safety codes.
• Electrical/electronic principles knowledge and NEC familiarity.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; PLC programs experience.
• 3+ years of work order management; data-driven prioritization.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve materials handling equipment and robotics.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Lead work plans for emergency repairs and technician training.
• Create and close out CMMS work orders; track metrics.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams; promote safety.
