CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to lead shift operations and oversee maintenance of critical building systems for a major client site. You will troubleshoot complex automation, mentor technicians, and ensure equipment uptime in a highly automated environment.

You will build strong client relationships, manage CMMS work orders, and coordinate with automation support teams while upholding safety and quality standards across the facility.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of conveyors and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and actuators.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training of technicians.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
