Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of properties meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will perform repairs, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and help maintain grounds and amenities on-site across Greystar-managed communities.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal), state/local licenses as applicable, and a valid driver's license for on-site operations.

Formación

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification
• All required state and local certifications for service technicians
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose defects, perform repairs following established policies, safety standards, and code requirements
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors and ensuring work is finished
• Track and manage materials, supplies, and equipment; coordinate with maintenance supervisor on re-ordering
• Document service requests timely and accurately for proper tracking
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs as needed
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently
