Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical standards of our properties. You will diagnose and repair issues in units, common areas, and amenities, and support preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with on-call rotation and a flexible schedule. Opportunities for growth and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building mechanical and systems issues from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete the “make-ready” process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory with proper documentation and safety practices.
• Perform housekeeping tasks around grounds, common areas, and amenities as needed.
• Support cost-control by optimizing parts usage and avoiding waste.
