Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. The role requires completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and managing make-ready tasks for vacant units.

Applicants should have EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II or Universal) or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. The position includes a sign-on bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance on residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates with vendors.
• Manages materials and inventory; notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; performs cleaning as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when possible.
