Job summary

Greystar seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet safety and quality standards. You will perform work orders, make-ready tasks for vacant units, and maintain common areas with attention to cleanliness and safety.

Applicants should hold EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 & II or Universal), have required state/local certifications, and a valid driver's license for motorized equipment on-site, with a focus on OSHA safety compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate property vehicles/equipment as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory and negotiates re-ordering with maintenance supervisor.
