Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. The role covers repairs, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks for vacant units, and routine facility upkeep.

Applicants should have 2+ years in property maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work on site, collaborating with teams and vendors while following safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors and tasks.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify the supervisor for re-orders.
