Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical condition of the property, perform repairs, and support make-ready efforts for leasable units. The role requires adherence to safety standards and routine documentation of work orders.

You will inspect, repair, and maintain building systems, assist with grounds upkeep, and participate in on-call rotations. EPA refrigerant certifications and valid driver's license are required where applicable.

Qualifications
