Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician III to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multifamily community. You may supervise others and respond to on-call requests, ensuring timely, quality repairs that meet LMH standards and safety policies.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and the ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
• Some supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Able to operate mobile devices and basic PC applications.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances to LMH standards.
• Lead or supervise maintenance staff as needed in the absence of management.
• Respond to on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Complete service requests and resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update all requests using Yardi Mobile until completion.
