Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician III to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multifamily community. You will operate building systems, may lead or supervise others, and ensure repairs meet LMH standards while delivering exemplary service to residents.

The role requires strong communication, safety adherence, and the ability to work across trades including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• Five or more years' related maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance installation repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and appliances.
• Tests and troubleshoots items to assess functioning and determine repair or replacement.
• Applies proficient skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting and appliance repair to maintain quality homes.
• Completes resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Performs on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintains and updates all service requests using Yardi Mobile until completion.
• Trains or guides other maintenance team members as needed.
