Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks an experienced Service Technician III to perform maintenance and repairs across residential communities. You will work on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems, with responsibilities that may include leading teammates and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

The role requires strong communication, safety adherence, and the ability to respond to on-call and emergency requests while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Five or more years' related maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate level in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
• Some supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver''s license and be able to travel to regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Lead or supervise other maintenance staff when required.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile.
