Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking an experienced Service Technician III to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multifamily community. You will operate and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and related equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

The role may include lead responsibilities, training other staff, and coordinating with supervisors to meet safety and quality standards. A valid driver's license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• Certifications in HVAC and EPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community.
• Lead or supervise other maintenance staff as needed.
• Keep accurate records of work orders and complete tasks within 24 hours.
