Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician III (Maintenance Technician III) to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multifamily community. The role may include lead responsibilities, supervising staff and training others while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Qualifications include five+ years in related maintenance, proficiency in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on building systems and appliances to quality standards.
• Responds to on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Trains or guides other maintenance team members and may supervise in the absence of management.
• Maintains service requests using Yardi Mobile until completed and closed.
