Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician III to perform maintenance and repairs across electric, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances in a multi‑family community. The role may include lead duties and requires effective communication, safety, and timely service delivery.

The position supports growth within a company that offers extensive benefits and career development opportunities, with on‑call responsibilities and travel to various properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
• Some supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Performs maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Tests and troubleshoots items to assess function and determine repairs.
• Applies skills across trades to maintain homes and community.
• Completes resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
• Performs on-call service and emergency calls.
• Trains or guides other maintenance staff as needed.
• On occasion, may lead or supervise other maintenance team members.
• Updates service requests in Yardi Mobile until closed.
• Follows OSHA safety regulations and LMH policies.
• Travels to various locations for work purposes.
