Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will work with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair to meet LMH quality standards.

You must have at least two years of related experience, valid driver’s license, and the ability to respond to on-call emergencies. This role integrates with our safety, OSHA guidelines, and resident satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience required.
• Intermediate level understanding and experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with team, vendors, and residents.
• Proficient use of small hand and power tools; basic electrical, carpentry, painting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of appliances and basic computer skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical).
• Work in two or more trades to maintain quality homes and community standards.
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes, common areas, grounds and community.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours and on vacant homes per LMH standards.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls; participate in inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile until closed; report concerns to supervisor.
