Job summary
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician I (Maintenance Technician I) to perform routine maintenance and repairs across a multifamily community. The role requires working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other systems to meet LMH quality standards and resident satisfaction.
You will communicate effectively, perform work safely, and support our mission of exemplary service with on-call responsibilities and the ability to travel to regional locations as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ years related maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances including electrical, plumbing, painting, appliances and HVAC.
- Apply skills in two or more trades to ensure quality maintained homes and community.
- Respond to resident requests within required timeframes and complete work in a safe manner.
- Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls.
- Utilize Yardi Mobile to update work requests until completion.
- Follow safety regulations and LMH SOPs.
