Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician II in Denver, CO to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems across the community. You will complete service requests promptly and keep vacant homes rent-ready, contributing to a superior living experience.

We value a safety-first approach and 2–3 years of maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to participate in rotating on-call shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to participate in on-call rotations.
• Read and understand safety policies, SDS and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
• Completes assigned service requests and ensures timely repairs.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready and performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all safety policies and procedures.
